Double Shaft Double Blade Automatic Cutting Machine

    Usage: Suitable for cutting double side tape, industrial tape, masking tape, foam tape, temperature resistant tape, protective film, optical film etc and some non-adhesive material.

     Width Setting: This cutting machine adopts double shafts and double blades type, improve output. Width setting is controlled by servo motor with high precision ball screw and high precision guide rails to make accurate movement, and move steadily.

      Cutting System: Knife feeding is controlled by hydraulic system or servo system, which can do three stage performance cutting; the cutting speed is adjustable in high/low.

      Positioning Device: Adopt photoelectric sensor and mechanical structure to adjust blade feeding and sideway spacing.

       Data Processing: Functions are operated under LCD touch panel control, which is operator friendly and easy for data setting. Central control system is PLC unit; it can cut various sizes on one log roll by changing modes automatically.

       Blade Spec.: Various material and size alloy blades are supplied to customer according to different material.

        Cutting Angle: Equipped with knife angle manual adjustment, cutting angle can be changed from –8 to +8 degree automatically for making roll surface smoothly.

       Safety Protection: adopt undervoltage protection and light-operated.
